Regarding after-sales service:  
Hand-painted products do not support returns without reason. Customers must record an unboxing video upon receiving the product. If it is proven to be a product quality issue, after-sales returns or exchanges are possible. However, issues such as not liking the product or poor texture cannot be addressed through after-sales service.  
For non-quality-related issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted. After-sales service requires the provision of an unboxing video.
